With an accomplished career in the world of interiors Casa Karima’s founder, Karen has worked internationally with a diverse range of clients and high-profile personalities. Her career began at the world-famous emporium Liberty of London where the opulence and heritage of the historic store greatly inspired her.

 

Working directly with designer William Yeoward, one of London's leading creative forces, Karen watched and learned from this great talent and enjoyed traveling the world sourcing products for the prestigious London store.

 

In 2007 Karen was ready for her adventure and took off to China where she worked on creating a lifestyle brand with celebrity Yue-Sai Kan.

 

She later co-founded the luxury lifestyle brand and interior design business The Carriage House in Shanghai, China.

 

With many years of industry and travel experience and a burning passion for creating beautiful interiors, home accessories, and events, Karen embarked on building her own brand Casa Karima.

 

The brand has grown and developed with services including interior design and styling, wedding design and planning, and her own range of home decor created with textiles and products she collects from around the globe.

It is her belief that every room, event, and product she creates has its very own story and holds unique memories of how it came to be.
