We recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks in advance to allow time for planning, coordination, and securing all vendors and the venue. For high season (May–October), earlier booking is best. But don’t worry — if you have a last-minute request, we can still try to make the magic happen!

First, please contact us to check date availability. Once the date is confirmed, you can select your package and book directly through our WeTravel booking site for secure online payment. At checkout, you can also choose to add any extra services if desired. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially confirmed and we’ll begin coordinating all the details.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your date, with the remaining 50% balance due 30 days prior to the event.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, as we also pay deposits to our service providers.

If you need to cancel within that 30-day window, we can refund the remaining 50% as long as the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. After that point, the full amount is non-refundable.

Once we know where you’re staying and your travel plans, we guide you on the best timing and location so the ceremony feels integrated, meaningful, and effortless within your itinerary.

Most ceremony packages include a shared meal or light lunch, such as an Andean picnic or thoughtfully prepared dining experience.

Ceremonies often take place outdoors in the Sacred Valley, so sun protection is essential. We strongly recommend sunscreen, sun-protective clothing, and a hat, as the high-altitude sun can be intense, even on cooler days.

The climate can change quickly, so layers are important, especially for mornings, late afternoons, and evenings when temperatures can drop. Comfortable, sturdy shoes are also recommended, particularly for remote or natural ceremony locations.

Neutral, earthy tones photograph beautifully against the Andean landscape and help maintain a timeless, grounded aesthetic.

If you wish, we can also discuss the option of traditional ceremonial garments in advance. These are completely optional and, when included, are thoughtfully selected to complement the ceremony and setting.

We’ll take care of the ceremony setup and key elements, so there’s very little you need to bring on the day.

Because ceremonies often take place outdoors in the Sacred Valley, we recommend bringing:

Sacred Valley Weather Overview

• May – September (Dry Season / High Season): Sunny days, blue skies, cooler nights. Ideal for outdoor weddings, ceremonies, and travel. This is the most popular season. Afternoons in the valley tend to be windy.

• July - This is the coldest month of the year; the days are generally lovely, but the nights get very chilly, so it is best to be prepared for that.

• October – November (Transition Season): Mostly dry with some light showers. Still good for outdoor events, with fewer crowds than peak season.

• December – March (Rainy Season): Frequent rains, lush green landscapes, fewer tourists. Outdoor events can be challenging, but intimate indoor ceremonies can be magical with the chance for photos with the stunning backdrops!

• April (Transition Season): Rains taper off, landscapes remain green and vibrant. A beautiful balance between fresh scenery and improving weather.
