What should we wear?

We suggest dressing comfortably yet elegantly, in a style that feels natural to you as a couple. The Sacred Valley has a varied climate — layers are ideal, especially for evenings when temperatures drop. Neutral or earthy tones photograph beautifully against the natural landscape.

What should we bring?

Remember to bring the ring! 💍 We’ll take care of everything else — from the décor and setup to a bouquet of flowers for your love. You may wish to bring a personal letter or small gift to make the occasion even more personal. We also recommend wearing layers or a light jacket, as the temperature can drop in the evenings, and comfortable shoes if there’s a short walk to the ceremony site.

Can I play my own music or playlist?

Yes, of course! If there’s a special song or playlist that’s meaningful to you, we’ll gladly help you play it during your private dinner after the proposal. You can create your playlist on Spotify and share it with us in advance so we can ensure everything is perfectly set up on the day.

What happens if it rains?

Some couples prefer to have their proposal moment outdoors, surrounded by nature. However, in the event of rain, we can make adjustments on the day. Our private dinners are always held indoors in a beautifully ambient setting, so we simply adapt the timing to find that perfect window — often just before dusk. We’ll guide you both to your private area, where you can get down on one knee amidst the magical, candlelit evening atmosphere.

How long does the experience last?

The full experience usually lasts around 4 to 4½ hours. Most proposal packages begin around 4:30 PM, allowing time to make the most of the soft golden light for stunning photos. After the proposal, couples enjoy a celebratory drink and quiet moment together. As dusk settles around 6 PM, your private dinner begins and continues until approximately 7:30–8 PM.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included in the package; however, as a complimentary service, we’re happy to arrange bookings for you. Simply share your pick-up and drop-off locations in advance, and we’ll provide the best available options and pricing.
